William Joseph "Billy Blaze" Blazkowicz II, also known as Commander Keen, is the grandson of a war hero who served in World War II and later the father of Doomguy. Despite being eight years old, Billy is one of the smartest people around the globe, with an IQ of 314. He is an agent of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division.
