Not much is known about Bill's early life, other than he was the son of former CIA agent George WIlson and Emma Lynn Jackson.
Joining the CIA[]
When he was 30, Bill joined the CIA to continue with his father's legacy. He was regarded as ''cocky'' by his superiors.
