The Seraph-class urban landspeeder, also known as the Flash Speeder, is a small landspeeder used by the Royal Guards of Naboo. They were normal used as qucik patrol vehicules, but could be used as combat vehicules. They had a turret-mounted cannon on the rear spoiler.
History[]
The Invasion of Naboo[]
Flash Speeders were used by the Naboo Royal Security Forces to retake Theed Palace, which was under control of the Trade Federation.
The Clone Wars[]
Moralo Eval, Rako Hardeen (Obi-Wan Kenobi in disguise) and Cad Bane used Flash Speeders in an attemp to capture Chancellor Palpatine of the Republic during the Festival of Light on Naboo. The Jedi Mace Windu and Anakin Skywalker also used them to rescue the Chancellor.
Phoenix Squadron[]
Phoenix Squadron used Flash Speeders at Chopper Base on Atollon. It is unknown is they survived the Imperial attack on the base, but it can be asumed that they were destroyed.
Trivia[]
- Lego has made the Flash Speeder on two occasions, first released in 2000, and remade in 2015.
- The Flash Speeder seen in The Phantom Menace is different from the one seen in The Clone Wars. The Phantom Menace model only has 2 seats, while the Clone Wars model has 4 seats.
