Jar Jar Binks is a gungan from the planet of Naboo. He is infamous in the gungan community for being exiled twice, first before the Invasion of Naboo, and second after the Rise of the Galactic Empire. During the Galactic Civil War, he worked as a miserable clown in the streets of Theed.
